We have prepared our annual end-of-year questionnaires for you to fill in to help you collate this information. Please click the links below to download the relevant questionnaire(s) for each of your entities and fill out what you can.
The questionnaires can be printed & filled in using a pen, or they can downloaded as a PDF to be filled in using a PDF editor on a computer or tablet. We currently do not have the functionality for you to fill in an online form.
- 2026 Business Questionnaire for each business entity where PKF Hamilton prepares annual financial accounts and/or an annual tax return.
- 2026 Individual Questionnaire for each individual where PKF Hamilton prepares an annual tax return.
- 2026 Rental Questionnaire for each rental property you own (including residential, commercial, mixed-use properties, and short-term accommodation such as Airbnb).
- 2026 Farmer Questionnaire if you operate a farming business.
- 2026 Home Office Questionnaire if you only need to provide information relating to a home office claim.
Please also see our end of year checklist, which you can use as a guide to help you gather your information. This is optional but can be a helpful way to make sure you have everything ready.
The completed questionnaires can be:
- Emailed to office@pkfh.co.nz, or
- Uploaded to your Xero software in ‘Files’ (please also email us to let us know you have uploaded to Files), or
- Posted to:
