Jancy Stott

Jancy has been a Chartered Accountant since 2012, helping businesses and organisations implement effective structures, systems, and processes. She thrives on clarifying goals, tracking progress, and delivering results. Her superpower is explaining accounting concepts in a way anyone can understand — a daily reflection of PKF Mid North’s core value of Insight.

She works with a wide range of clients — from farming to construction and trades to retail, focusing on small-to-medium, family-owned businesses in Northland. Jancy has successfully led inter-generational family business successions and is passionate about helping local businesses adopt the right frameworks for long-term growth.

A former auditor with over a decade of experience, she also brings expertise in the not-for-profit and charity sector. As a business coach and mentor, she guides junior accountants while building trusted, enduring relationships with clients. Known for her curiosity, diligence, and determination, she approaches every engagement with focus, intensity, and a drive to deliver excellence.

Jancy serves as Presiding Member of the Riverview School Board of Trustees, Treasurer of the Kerikeri District Business Association, and currently sits on the board of PKF New Zealand. She lives in Waipapa with her husband, who works with the NZ Police, and their three school-aged children — where time management and organisation are essential in a busy household.
