Our Terms of Engagement are generally payment due by the 20th of the month following Invoice date. Penalty Interest will be charged for late payments.
- Direct Debit – Please click on the Direct Debit Link. It is important that when you sign up you use your company name as the reference. Once authority is received, all fees will be direct debited from your nominated account on the invoice due date.
Alternatively, our other payment options are:
- Internet banking – Our bank details are provided on our invoices. Please use the invoice number & name as the payment reference.
- Automatic Payments – Set up via your online banking account. Contact reception if you would like to arrange payment installment.
- Credit Cards – We accept Visa & Mastercard.
We endeavour to agree on the fee before we begin any project. This enables us to plan your work and allows you to budget for accounting costs. Unforeseen circumstances may change the original estimate, in which case you will be advised.
