Payment is due by the 20th of the month following invoice date. Penalty interest may apply for late payments.

When signing up, use your company name as the payment reference. All fees will be debited on the invoice due date.

- Internet Banking – Bank details on your invoice; use invoice number & name as reference.
- Automatic Payments – Set up via online banking; contact reception to arrange instalments.
- Credit Card – Visa & Mastercard accepted.
We aim to agree fees before starting work. If circumstances change, we’ll advise you of any revised estimates.
